jetBlue Boarding Pass Redesign
A weekly design prompt for my User Interface Design course. I split the ticket into three sections based on importance and time, from left to right:
1. Pre-boarding information
2. Boarding and seating information
3. Nice-to-have information
The Pre-boarding section contains the passenger’s flight number, gate number, and boarding time – the three most important pieces of information after the passenger checks in. The second section is relevant to the passenger once they arrive at their gate and begin to board; it includes their boarding group, seat number, boarding class, and seating arrangement. Finally, the third section includes additional information that the passenger may find useful once they are settled in their seat.
